你將負責的工作

- 全面負責台灣第三方電商平台的日常營運，包括商品上架與 listing 管理、內容正確性維護、定價合規及平台政策遵循，並在既有營運架構下確保執行到位、細節完整。

- 執行並持續優化站內廣告投放（包括出價管理、素材更新與成效檢討），以數據為導向追蹤 ROAS／ACOS 指標，依成效持續調整優化，並參考業界領先的電商廣告做法。

- 維護並更新台灣電商數據儀表板，定期產出涵蓋 GMV、轉換率、排名及廣告效益的營運報告，並向團隊提供具體可執行的數據洞察。

- 發掘並啟動新的成長動能，包括新電商通路（如台灣 Coupang）及新興電商模式（如直播電商），在不影響現有通路的前提下創造 GMV 增量。

- 統籌協調電商平台所需的創意與設計資源，並與 GTM、設計及供應鏈團隊緊密合作，確保新品上市時在第三方平台獲得完整的營運支援。

我們期待你具備的技能、資格與經驗

- 1 至 3 年台灣市場電商營運實務經驗，並具備第三方電商平台（如蝦皮、momo、PChome、Yahoo 奇摩購物中心或其他台灣通路）的直接營運管理經驗。

- 具備站內廣告全流程管理經驗，包括廣告活動建置、出價優化、素材協調及成效報告，而非僅止於數據監控。

- 能獨立維護並解讀電商營運數據（GMV、轉換率、ROAS／ACOS、排名），並具備定期產出報告、推動營運決策的實際經驗。

- 能同時處理多項平台工作，包括 listing 更新、廣告投放及新品上市協調，並維持穩定的執行品質。

- 具備良好的英文書面及口語溝通能力，能與區域及全球團隊有效進行跨部門協作。
