The posting

We’re Playdead, an independent game company based in the heart of Copenhagen, Denmark. We have made two critically acclaimed titles, LIMBO and INSIDE. Our current project is a 3rd-person science fiction adventure set in a remote corner of the universe.

We are a team of more than 100 creative professionals with a broad range of experience and education.

Our ambition is to create an open, informal, friendly and ambitious work environment.

As our Office Assistant you will help develop and maintain the physical work space with a wide range of tasks as well as supporting our office manager with the organisation of internal and external company events.

This position is based onsite in our Copenhagen office.

What will you be doing

  • Keeping the office clean, stocked, and organized, especially the kitchen, conference rooms, stockrooms, storage closets, and communal areas
  • Be hands-on when needed. If something needs tidying, fixing, moving, or organising, you jump in and make it happen.
  • Manage deliveries, supplies and other office essentials.
  • Handle a wide variety of ad hoc tasks, large and small, that help keep the office running.

Required skills

  • English is our working language so you must be comfortable speaking English
  • You have great organisation skills
  • You are able to prioritise different tasks based on which is most important
  • You can be proactive and take the initiative to solve potential issues before they become problems

Desired skills

  • You might interact with suppliers or external workers so speaking Danish is very helpful
