The posting

Empresa de Embalagens, situada em Gravataí busca profissional para Facilitador de Processo - Sopro.

Requisitos:

-Ensino médio completo;

-Experiência em ambiente industrial, preferencialmente em processos de sopro de plástico;

-Noções de operação e funcionamento de máquinas de sopro serão consideradas um diferencial.

Como será o seu dia a dia?

-Acompanhar as atividades diárias da equipe do setor de Sopro, orientando os colaboradores na execução das tarefas;

-Monitorar o cumprimento das metas de produtividade e dos padrões de qualidade estabelecidos;

-Acompanhar o funcionamento das máquinas e equipamentos, comunicando desvios e necessidades de manutenção;

-Verificar a qualidade dos produtos durante o processo produtivo, identificando não conformidades e solicitando as correções necessárias;

-Orientar os colaboradores quanto aos procedimentos operacionais, padrões de produção e boas práticas de fabricação;

-Acompanhar o cumprimento das normas de segurança do trabalho e o uso adequado dos EPIs;

-Garantir a organização, limpeza e conservação do ambiente de trabalho, conforme os padrões de 5S;

-Apoiar a distribuição das atividades e o acompanhamento do fluxo de produção;

-Identificar problemas operacionais, desperdícios e oportunidades de melhoria nos processos;

-Comunicar ocorrências, paradas de máquinas, desvios de qualidade e necessidades do setor à supervisão;

-Apoiar o treinamento e a integração de novos colaboradores;

-Acompanhar os indicadores de produção, qualidade, organização e eficiência operacional;

-Contribuir para a redução de perdas, retrabalhos e refugos no processo produtivo.

Horário de trabalho: De segunda a sexta-feira das 6h às 15h48 -1h de intervalo.
