5. Monitoring and Operational Visibility

Improve monitoring, logging, and diagnostics to provide clear and reliable visibility into production systems.

Build tools that enable engineers to quickly understand system behavior and investigate issues in production.

Strengthen observability and alerting practices to enable faster detection and more effective troubleshooting of incidents.

6. Collaboration with DevOps and Platform Teams

Work with the central DevOps team when automation interacts with deployment pipelines or infrastructure systems.

Collaborate with the platform teams when automation interacts with shared services, internal tools or platform capabilities.

Ensure studio automation tooling aligns with existing platform and DevOps standards.

Focus primarily on automation and engineering tooling, rather than infrastructure ownership.

Requirements Must have:

4+ years of experience in software engineering, developer tooling, or automation.

1+ years of experience mentoring or leading Engineers in a technical capacity.

Good command of written and spoken English. Experience using AI assisted development tools as part of engineering workflows (Claude Code, OpenCode, LangChain, Codex, Devin...)

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
