We're looking for a UI Game Artist to create designs and work with our internal Creative team to deliver high-quality content to our players. From receiving briefs and preparing mockups to taking approved concepts into production, you'll create new UI and element assets, rework existing ones, and deliver final textures ready for implementation. You'll work closely with the team and across departments to ensure every asset meets our quality standards and reaches the team on time. Duties and Responsibilities
Receive briefs from the Art Director/ Art Lead and prepare mockups of design layouts using existing assets, found assets, sketched compositions or creating new concepts. Create high-quality titles and logos. Take approved concepts into production by creating new UI/ Element assets, reworking existing assets, or licensing design library content. Slice and deliver your final project assets/textures once approved. Ensure all game assets are delivered to Technical Artist on time and meet the quality standards set by the Art Director. Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth workflows and meet technical requirements.
Requirements
At least 3 years experience in UI/Concept Design (gaming genre highly preferred). Having basic English skills. Experience in critiquing and clear communication of ideas. Highly organized, clean file management, clean presentation ability. Solid knowledge of graphic design and UI design. Good understanding of foundation design principles including visual hierarchy, composition, typography, color, negative space, and balance. Ability to visualize the full scope of the project- the entire user flow- and design your assets within a larger context. Self-direction, drive; willing to ask for help or engage assistance. Strong technical proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new tools, including the effective use of AI.
