PLEJ to agencja marketingowa z ponad 160 osobami na pokładzie – działamy w obszarach digital, event i creative. Mamy długoletnich pracowników, którzy naprawdę lubią tu być, i kulturę, w której liczy się inicjatywa. Szukamy kogoś, kto zaopiekuje się obszarami związanymi z AI w naszej agencji.

Raportujesz bezpośrednio do zarządu i masz konkretny wpływ na to, jak Plej będzie wyglądać za 2–3 lata. Twoim zadaniem jest wyszukiwanie, dopasowywanie i rekomendowanie rozwiązań, które będą wspomagać naszą pracę – od automatyzacji procesów operacyjnych, przez wsparcie działów kreatywnych, po narzędzia, które oszczędzają czas i zwiększają jakość.

  • projektować i wdrażać strategię automatyzacji procesów w całej organizacji
  • ściśle współpracować z zarządem i liderami działów przy identyfikacji obszarów do wdrożeń
  • dobierać narzędzia, technologie i frameworki – z głową i uzasadnieniem
  • dbać o stały rozwój agencji w zakresie projektów AI
  • kilku lat doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku
  • solidnego backgroundu technicznego: LLM, API, narzędzia automatyzacji (np. Make, n8n, Zapier)
  • umiejętności przekładania potrzeb biznesowych na rozwiązania techniczne – i odwrotnie
  • doświadczenia we współpracy z zespołami technicznymi
  • komunikatywności i odwagi, żeby mówić wprost i testować nowe rozwiązania
  • długoterminową współpracę w agencji, która daje przestrzeń do budowania czegoś co ma przyszłość
  • pracę stacjonarną przez 4 dni w biurze, a 1 dzień skąd chcesz
  • bezpośredni kontakt z zarządem i krótką ścieżkę decyzyjną z realnym wpływem na swoją pracę
