The posting

Hjemmeplejen på P B Lundsvej i Skanderborg søger afløsere på fuld tid.

Vi sender flere af vores unge mennesker ud og rejse, og har derfor brug nogle ufaglærte, som har lyst til at bruge deres tid og sabbartår ved os.

Der er hovedsagligt i dagvagt, men der er mulighed for blandede vagter

Vores hjemmepleje er delt ind i tre teams, og man vil køre i det team, man primært er tilknyttet til.

Du kan selv vælge om du vil arbejde hver 3. eller hver 2. weekend.

Vi arbejder personcentret ud fra et rehabiliterende perspektiv, hvor vi tager udgangspunkt i den enkeltes ressourcer, ønsker, behov og hverdagsrutiner.

Vi søger en ny kollega der
