Plejehjemmet Kongebrocentret søger netop en social- og sundhedsassistent til fast nattevagt.

Hvem er vi?

Kongebrocentret ligger i den historiske Herrnhutby Christiansfeld, midt i et naturskønt område ved Taps Å. Centeret har 38 plejeboliger med plads til 40 beboere fordelt på fire bo enheder.

På Kongebrocentret ønsker vi, at beboerne oplever omsorg, selvværd og værdighed.

Derfor er vi optaget af, hvordan vi sammen med beboerne og deres pårørende kan skabe gode rammer omkring det liv, der leves på vores plejehjem. Det gør vi blandt andet ved at arbejde med at skabe en meningsfuld hverdag, hvor det er beboerens ressourcer, ønsker og livsmønster, der er i centrum.

Vi har brug for dig der, sammen med din nærmeste kollega som også er fast nattevagt, er god til at forstå borgerens behov og ønsker til eget liv - som kan hjælpe og støtte borgeren der hvor deres egne ressourcer slipper op.

Dine opgaver vil blandt andet være:

  • Relationsarbejde og støtte til beboere om natten.
  • Skabe tryghed, struktur og ro i huset.
  • Pleje-, sygepleje- og omsorgsopgaver.
  • Observation og vurdering af beboernes trivsel og sundhedstilstand.
  • Dokumentation og relevante opfølgninger.
  • Håndtering af akutte situationer med ro og overblik.
  • Bidrage til en tryg og værdig nat for beboerne.
