Om Plejehjemmet Lindevej

Lindevej er et somatisk plejehjem med 40 boliger og én aflastningsplads. Vi arbejder hele tiden på at skabe de bedste rammer for vores beboere og et trygt arbejdsmiljø for vores kollegaer.

Dine opgaver vil bl.a. være:

  • Planlægning og gennemførelse af plejeopgaver sammen med nattevagtsteamet
  • Sikre ro, tryghed og omsorg gennem natten
  • Tilpasse plejen individuelt i samarbejde med kollegaer

Vi ser gerne, at du:

  • Er uddannet SSA eller SSH
  • Har erfaring med ældre borgere
  • Kan arbejde selvstændigt og tage ansvar
  • Er nærværende, fleksibel og god til relationer
