Farmakonom eller sygeplejerske søges til særlig midlertidig opgave

Vi søger en farmakonom eller en sygeplejerske, der har flair for medicinhåndtering, og som vil hjælpe os med at gennemgå vores beboeres medicin mhp. at overgå til dosispakket medicin fra apoteket.

Du skal bl.a. varetage opgaver som:

  • Systematisk gennemgang af beboernes medicin
  • Vejledning af beboere og pårørende om overgang til dosispakket medicin
  • Dialog med tilknyttede praktiserende læger
  • Vejledning af personalet om dosispakket medicin og sidedispensering
  • Indføring af medicinvogne

Du vil løbende være i dialog med vores plejehjemsygeplejerske.

Om os:

Plejehjemmet Tycho Brahes vej 2 ligger i Haslev. Det er et somatisk plejehjem med 40-44 beboere.

Her er ansat social- og sundhedspersonale og en plejehjemsygeplejerske.

Det er et velfungerende plejehjem med høj faglighed hele døgnet.

Vi arbejder løbende med ældrereformens mange tiltag, men har valgt også at fokusere målrettet på at højne kvaliteten og kontinuiteten ift. den daglige medicinhåndtering.

Om dig:

Du er uddannet farmakonom eller sygeplejerske. Du har erfaring med, eller interesse for medicinhåndtering, og du er en dygtig kommunikator.

Du skal kunne arbejde selvstændigt, og være fokuseret på målet. Men, du skal også være bevidst om den gode proces på vejen dertil.

Arbejdstid og tiltrædelse

Du skal arbejde i dagtimerne, men om du arbejder deltid eller fuldtid er ikke afgørende. Det vigtige er, at du når målet. Det er derfor ikke umuligt, at du har et andet job ved siden af.

Vi vil gerne, at du starter snarest muligt, og vi forestiller os, at den midlertidige stilling løber i 3 måneder. Det afhænger dog af, hvor mange timer, vi bliver enige om, at du skal arbejde.
