The posting

Rattaché(e) à la Direction de l’Agence, vous prenez la responsabilité d’une petite équipe au sein du pôle Électricité en pleine transformation. L’objectif stratégique est de structurer et de développer l’activité.

Missions principales

Management, structuration et croissance (40 %)

• Encadrer, accompagner et faire monter en compétences l’équipe actuelle

• Structurer les méthodes de travail, optimiser les processus de production du pôle et créer des standards d’études (Template, trames de CCTP, méthodologies de calcul).

• Piloter la charge de travail, assigner les projets et garantir le respect des budgets d’heures ainsi que des délais.

Développement commercial et technique (30 %)

• Assurer la prospection technique, identifier les opportunités d’affaires auprès des donneurs d’ordres industriels et participer aux soutenances.

• Rédiger les propositions commerciales et chiffrer les affaires complexes en Courants Forts (CFO) et Courants Faibles (CFA).

• Maintenir et développer les relations avec les clients historiques (bâtiment, collectivités).

• Développer et porter l’offre technique dédiée au secteur Industriel (usines, plateformes logistiques, data centers).

Technique et production (30 %)

• Intervenir en tant qu’expert ou référent technique sur les dossiers complexes, notamment en environnement tertiaire et industriel (réseaux HTA/BT, postes de transformation, distribution de puissance, process).

• Garantir la qualité technique des livrables du pôle (phases APS, APD, PRO, DCE, ACT) et la conformité aux réglementations en vigueur (RE2020, normes NF C 15-100, NF C 13-100, NF C 13-200).

• Superviser le déploiement des outils métiers (Caneco, AutoCAD, Dialux) et accompagner la transition/consolidation du BIM (Revit) au sein de l’équipe.

Profil recherché

Formation et expérience

• Diplôme d’Ingénieur ou Master 2 spécialisé en Génie Électrique / Électrotechnique.

• Expérience confirmée de 7 ans minimum en bureau d’études ou ingénierie/ ou une forte appétence combinant les projets de Bâtiment (Tertiaire/Logement) et d’Industrie.

• Une première expérience réussie en management d’équipe ou en pilotage de croissance de pôle.

• Expertise avérée en Courants Forts et Faibles : réseaux HTA/BT, groupes électrogènes, SSI, sûreté, GTB/GTC.

• Maîtrise des logiciels métiers : Caneco BT/HT, Dialux, AutoCAD.

• Excellente connaissance du tissu réglementaire lié aux marchés publics (loi MOP / CCP) et privés.

• Leadership, posture d’entrepreneur et goût prononcé pour le défi commercial.

• Excellentes capacités de communication.

• Sens de l’organisation, rigueur et culture du résultat.
