O que você fará na Pleno

  • Liderar, desenvolver, motivar e acompanhar o desempenho da equipe de corretores.
  • Definir estratégias comerciais para maximizar resultados em vendas e captação.
  • Realizar acompanhamento de indicadores, metas e performance da equipe, promovendo ações para melhoria contínua.
  • Atuar no recrutamento, integração, treinamento e desenvolvimento de novos corretores.
  • Conduzir reuniões comerciais, treinamentos e ações de alinhamento estratégico.
  • Apoiar negociações de maior complexidade e garantir excelência no atendimento ao cliente.
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com as áreas de Marketing, Financeiro, Jurídico e Administrativo para potencializar os resultados comerciais.
  • Garantir a execução dos processos comerciais e ser um guardião da cultura e dos valores da empresa, mantendo elevado padrão de qualidade e foco na experiência do cliente.

  • Excelente capacidade de liderança, comunicação, influência e gestão de pessoas.
  • Vivência na gestão de indicadores, metas e performance comercial.
  • Ensino superior completo.
  • CRECI ativo.
  • Residir em Campinas/SP.
