Our platform combines marketplace infrastructure, workflow software, automation, and operational analytics.

THE ROLE

Our award-winning Active Housing function is looking for a Project Manager on a Fixed Term Contract with the potential to be made permanent to join their growing team. Serving the social housing and local government sectors, you will work in a friendly environment with a diverse group of passionate people.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- To plan and manage projects efficiently, coordinate the relevant teams such as development and testing whilst ensuring to deliver the functional requirements for our customers

- To assess risks and issues, problem solve and prioritise tasks over the project lifecycle

- To be proactive in managing customer communication and maintain strong relationships with customers

- Manage the ongoing commercial relationship with the client for Contract Changes, Purchase Orders and Billing Milestones

- Translate client requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria

- Conduct testing of feature and software updates

- Manage defect tracking and resolution for functional testing and client executed user acceptance testing

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years experience working as a Project Manager

- Strong written and verbal communication skills - you’ll need to be in regular contact with clients and key stakeholders

- Well versed in using productivity applications

- Fast and highly motivated learner of new software

- Love organisation, problem solving and planning - you’ll need to have strong attention to detail

Nice to have:

- Experience working in a technical environment / software development environment

- Experience in the social housing or local government sectors

- Experience with Jira and Confluence tools
