WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We care far more about how you operate than the exact box your résumé fits in. The people who do well here tend to:

- Own outcomes, not tasks. You see what needs to happen and move, without waiting for permission or a perfect spec.

- Move fast and stay honest. You'd rather ship, learn, and adjust than polish something in private for a month. When you're wrong, you say so quickly.

- Get your hands dirty. No job is beneath you. Early-stage means the founder, the lead, and the newest hire might all be doing the unglamorous work side by side.

- Think from first principles. You question the default, but you do the homework before you do — you're not contrarian for its own sake.

- Operate well in ambiguity. Missing context doesn't paralyze you; you make a reasonable call, flag your assumptions, and keep moving.
