The Opportunity As a Plug Sales Advisor, you’ll join the acquisitions team and source inventory from the public and our dealer partners. Plug Buyers run every step of the sale: valuations, negotiations, inspections, purchasing, and post-sale work. You’ll help move the auto market toward sustainable transportation.

You’re analytical and interested in automotive, especially EVs. You’re goal-oriented and self-motivated. You talk easily with people at every level of the company.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Handle inbound leads and value EVs.

- Analyze market data and spot trends to reduce risk.

- Evaluate vehicle quality to get accurate values.

- Convert inquiries at a high rate and stay profitable.

- Guide customers through each step of the sale. You’re their single point of contact.

- Help with individual and team projects, and follow up when they finish.

- Multitask in a fast-paced environment and look for ways to improve processes.

What You’ll Bring

- Up to 5 years of relevant experience.

- Strong analytical skills and market research ability. You can judge vehicle value, demand, and pricing trends, and you work well with spreadsheets and CRMs.

- Clear communication, strong customer service, and the ability to work across business units.

- You pay close attention to detail, use sound judgment, and make quick decisions under pressure.

- Auto auction experience as a used car buyer or in estimating vehicle damage is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits Annual salary: $71,000 + OTE ($100,000 to $110,000)

Ranges come from independent benchmarking against national compensation data. Where an offer lands depends on experience, specialized skills, training, business needs, and market conditions. We review ranges periodically and adjust them as the market moves.
