DIE ROLLE

Als Sales Growth Manager sind Sie für die Expansion von Umsatz und Gewinnmargen in Ihren zugewiesenen Kundenkonten oder Regionen verantwortlich. Durch den Aufbau starker Beziehungen zu wichtigen Stakeholdern in den Kundenkonten tragen Sie wesentlich dazu bei, die festgelegten Ziele für profitables Umsatzvolumen und Margendollar zu erreichen.

Ihre Rolle umfasst die Bereitstellung dedizierter Unterstützung für bestehende Kunden, einschließlich Fachhändlern, medizinischen Fachkräften und Apotheken. Sie fungieren als Ansprechpartner für alle aktuellen Probleme, erleichtern gemeinsame Verkaufskampagnen mit dem Fachhandel und entwickeln Strategien zur Erschließung von Wachstumspotenzialen in bestehenden Kundenkonten sowie zur Erkundung neuer Vertriebskanäle.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört auch die Steigerung der Nachfrage und des Absatzes in Ihrem Bereich, die Organisation von Produkttrainingseinheiten und Veranstaltungen sowie die Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit.

DAS PASSENDE PROFIL

Anforderungen an die Stelle:

  • Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen, medizinischen oder Gesundheitsbranche.
  • Frühere Erfahrung in einer verkaufsorientierten Position.
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Zahnvertrieb von Vorteil.
  • Gültiger Führerschein.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
  • Kundenorientierter Ansatz.
  • Muttersprachliche Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
