Als ploegbaas elektriciteit ben je dagelijks verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van je eigen ploeg op diverse bouwplaatsen. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders en bent actief betrokken bij de plaatsing en installatie van elektrische systemen, domotica, verlichting, brandinstallaties en camerabewaking. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor kwaliteitscontrole en communicatie met verschillende partijen op en rond de werf. Je draagt bij aan uitdagende projecten in diverse sectoren, van scholen en rusthuizen tot gebouwen met erfgoedwaarde, waarbij je zowel technische als leidinggevende verantwoordelijkheden combineert.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Dagelijks aansturen en coördineren van je ploegleden op de bouwplaats
  • Actieve deelname aan plaatsing en installatie van bordenbouw, domotica, verlichting, brandinstallaties en camerabewaking
  • Kwaliteitscontrole uitvoeren op het werk van je ploeg en corrigerende maatregelen nemen waar nodig
  • Vlotte communicatie onderhouden met projectleiders, collega's en externe partijen
  • Technische begeleiding en ondersteuning bieden aan ploegleden
  • Bijdragen aan diverse grote projecten in verschillende sectoren en omgevingen
  • Veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen naleven en handhaven op de werkplek

Ervaring en expertise vereist:

  • Technische opleiding in elektriciteit
  • Rijbewijs B
  • Sterke technische vaardigheden en grondige kennis van elektrische installaties
  • Enkele jaren ervaring als ploegbaas of in leidinggevende rol (een pluspunt)
  • Praktische ervaring met bordenbouw, domotica, verlichting, brandinstallaties en camerabewaking
