Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAqui na Pluxee, você construirá parcerias poderosas. Atuando como analista de recursos humanos, você será responsável por executar e garantir a qualidade dos processos de folha de pagamento e gestão do ponto eletrônico, atuando na conferência de dados, lançamentos, identificação de inconsistências e cumprimento dos prazos da operação.

Responsabilidades:Realizar o processamento, lançamentos e conferência da folha de pagamento; Efetuar e validar lançamentos relacionados a: horas extras; adicionais e descontos diversos; comissões; bônus e incentivos; PPR/PLR; demais eventos variáveis da folha; Conferir informações recebidas das diferentes áreas e bases utilizadas no processo; Identificar inconsistências, diferenças e possíveis erros antes do fechamento; Apoiar o fechamento mensal da folha, garantindo qualidade das informações e cumprimento dos prazos; Apoiar análises, controles e conciliações relacionados à folha de pagamento. Realizar a gestão operacional do sistema de ponto eletrônico; Monitorar inconsistências de marcação, jornadas, horas extras e demais ocorrências; Acompanhar os ajustes necessários junto aos colaboradores e gestores; Garantir a qualidade das informações de ponto utilizadas no processamento da folha; Utilizar ferramentas como RPA, Power Automate e Microsoft Copilot para apoiar as atividades diárias; Criar automações para atividades repetitivas e controles operacionais; Explorar recursos de Excel e outras ferramentas disponíveis para tratamento e validação de dados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação: Superior Completo em Administração, Economia, Engenharias, Estatística, RH e áreas correlatas Experiência com processamento e conferência de folha de pagamento; Conhecimento de rotinas de ponto eletrônico; Excel Avançado; Facilidade para trabalhar com bases de dados e realizar conferências; Conhecimento ou interesse em ferramentas de automação, especialmente Power Automate/RPA; Familiaridade ou interesse no uso de Microsoft Copilot e Inteligência Artificial aplicada às rotinas de RH.
