Finance Leadership Role

(FP&A Head / Management Accounting Head / Commercial Finance Director)

Location: Mandaluyong

Work Setup: Onsite

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | Morning Shift

Job Summary

We are hiring for a senior Finance leadership role for a growing organization based in Mandaluyong. This position will lead strategic finance initiatives focused on financial planning, management reporting, commercial finance, and business performance management.

The role will serve as a key business partner to leadership, driving financial insights, profitability improvements, forecasting accuracy, and decision support to enable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting activities
  • Drive business performance analysis and provide strategic financial recommendations
  • Oversee financial modeling, profitability analysis, and cost optimization initiatives
  • Partner closely with business leaders to support operational and commercial decision-making
  • Deliver insights on financial trends, risks, and growth opportunities
  • Strengthen financial processes, reporting systems, and internal controls
  • Lead and develop high-performing finance teams
  • Support long-term financial strategy and business expansion initiatives

Requirements

Strong experience in:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • Management Reporting and Budgeting
  • Commercial Finance and Business Partnering
  • Forecasting and Financial Modeling
  • Profitability and Cost Analysis
  • Strategic Stakeholder Management
  • Finance Leadership and Team Development
