Key Accounts Supervisor Makati | Hybrid | Monday - Friday | Dayshift

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Execution & Channel Management: Execute the end-to-end sales cycle for SME business loans—from lead generation, pitching, and structuring to deal closure—while managing non-organic sales distribution channels and business loan provider relationships.
  • Marketing & Lead Generation: Partner with the Marketing team to develop targeted social media campaigns, promotional materials, digital initiatives, and on-ground experiential activations to drive product awareness and pipeline growth.
  • Loan Processing & Risk Compliance: Facilitate accurate end-to-end loan documentation and routing for final approval while strictly enforcing compliance, audit, Know-Your-Customer (KYC), and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards.
  • Sales Management & Reporting: Monitor sales pipeline conversions, evaluate distribution channel performance against volume targets, conduct regular business reviews, and deliver weekly and monthly sales forecasts.
  • Leadership & Client Service: Manage daily operations for key accounts associates and agency partners, provide continuous coaching on loan requirements, and ensure high-quality customer service is delivered to all clients and borrowers.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B account management, customer success, or corporate sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Leadership: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory, team lead, or senior mentoring role.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills, paired with excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
