Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Content Lead to drive the strategy, development, and optimization of content initiatives across multiple multimedia platforms. This role requires a balance of creativity and analytical thinking, leveraging market insights, campaign data, and AI tools to produce content that supports business goals and delivers measurable impact.

The Senior Content Lead will work closely with the Senior Marketing Strategist, creative teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to execute compelling, results-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute comprehensive content strategies across social media, digital marketing, video, and multimedia platforms
  • Maintain consistent brand voice, messaging, and storytelling across all channels
  • Utilize market research, competitor analysis, and campaign analytics to guide content planning
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align content with overall business objectives
  • Identify audience trends, engagement insights, and growth opportunities to improve ROI
  • Mentor and support junior content team members to elevate output quality
  • Develop and manage editorial calendars, content workflows, and production timelines
  • Use AI tools and analytics platforms to streamline reporting and enhance content performance
  • Ensure accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling performance data

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Multimedia, or a related field
  • At least 6 years of experience in content creation, strategy, or leadership roles (multimedia campaign experience preferred)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling expertise and successful campaign execution
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform strategy
  • Proficiency in AI tools, content management systems, and analytics platforms
  • Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards
