We are seeking a highly strategic and innovative Vice President – Marketing to lead our overall marketing function and drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion.

The ideal candidate is a senior marketing leader with strong experience in the Insurance or Pharmaceutical industry, and a proven ability to build impactful, data-driven, and customer-centric marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead overall marketing strategy, planning, and execution
  • Drive brand positioning, awareness, and market penetration
  • Oversee integrated marketing campaigns (digital, traditional, and B2C channels)
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Business Units to drive revenue growth
  • Lead customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies
  • Manage and develop high-performing marketing teams
  • Utilize data and insights to optimize marketing performance and ROI

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in senior marketing leadership (VP / Head of Marketing level)
  • Strong background in Insurance or Pharma industry preferred
  • Solid experience in B2C marketing and brand management
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities
  • Experience in digital marketing transformation and data-driven marketing
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, competitive environment
