Our Creative team is looking for a Creative Technologist Lead to join a multidisciplinary team building best-in-class, omnichannel creative experiences using industry-leading advertising technologies, ad servers, and dynamic creative optimization (DCO) platforms.

- Define and audit functional and non-functional requirements across dynamic ad serving, data workflows, API and product-feed integrations, asset tracking and tagging, creative authoring tools, measurement, scalability, and quality assurance.
- Partner with Creative, Media, Strategy, Analytics, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure creative technology solutions are integrated effectively across the broader campaign ecosystem.
- Establish development best practices, reusable frameworks, QA standards, documentation, and processes that improve the quality and efficiency of Creative Technology delivery.
- Troubleshoot complex campaign and platform issues, identifying root causes and coordinating solutions across internal teams and external technology partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with preferred platform and technology partners, helping PMG stay ahead of new product capabilities, integrations, and industry developments.
- Evaluate emerging advertising and creative technologies and provide recommendations on when PMG should build, buy, or borrow capabilities.
- Contribute to strategic roadmaps for creative technology, campaign automation, QA automation, and product development across PMG's global teams.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to Creative Technologists and other team members, helping raise technical capabilities and development standards across the team.
- Become a subject matter expert and super-user of tools developed by PMG Product and Engineering teams.
