Deine Aufgaben

  • deine Hauptaufgabe ist es, das Projektmanagement im Hinblick auf Korrespondenz und Terminkoordination zu entlasten; zugleich unterstützt du die Projektmanager durch Nachverfolgung und aktives Mitwirken bei Projekten;
  • du nimmst teil an wichtigen Gremien und führst dabei Protokoll, um anschließend Projektdokumentationen und sowie ein internes Reporting zusammenzutragen;
  • die Erstellung von Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen gehören auch zu deinen Aufgaben;
  • du unterstützt bei der Projektorganisation und bei der Vor- sowie Nachbereitung von Terminen;
  • die Überwachung von Zeitplänen spielt bei dir eine wichtige Rolle.

Dein Profil

  • du beherrschst die deutsche Sprache perfekt, wohnst in der Türkei und hast Interesse an einer spannenden Tätigkeit bei einem deutschen Unternehmen;
  • du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium einer kaufmännischen / technischen Fachrichtung oder einer vergleichbaren Ausbildung;
  • Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Assistenz oder Projektmanagement in der Automotive Branche oder im Umfeld der Leistungselektronik ist von Vorteil;
  • du verfügst idealerweise über ein grundlegendes technisches Verständnis;
  • du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office 365, MS Project ist von Vorteil;
  • dein Englisch ist gut in Wort und Schrift;
  • Kommunikations- und Planungsfähigkeit sowie ein kundenorientiertes Denken machen dich aus!
