Deine Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung und Verantwortung für Schließsysteme und Komponenten von der Konzeptphase bis zur Serienreife
  • Erarbeitung und Bewertung technischer Konzepte hinsichtlich Kundennutzen, Qualität, Kosten, Terminen und Fertigungsanforderungen
  • Übernahme der System- und Bauteilverantwortung für definierte Schließanlagenumfänge
  • Definition und Abstimmung technischer Anforderungen und Funktionen in System- und Komponentenlastenheften
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Vergabeumfängen sowie technische Abstimmung mit Einkauf und Kostenplanung
  • Koordination externer Entwicklungspartner und Lieferanten sowie Steuerung des Entwicklungsfortschritts
  • Abstimmung mit Montage- und Produktionsplanung, Qualität, Design, Rohbau, Elektrik und Elektronik
  • Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von System- und Komponentenerprobungen sowie Ableitung erforderlicher Maßnahmen
  • Erstellung und Dokumentation technischer Berichte, Zeichnungen, Stücklisten und Datensätze

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Fahrzeugtechnik, Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung mechatronischer Fahrzeugsysteme, insbesondere Schließsysteme und Türantriebe
  • Erfahrung im Produktentstehungsprozess und in der Steuerung von Entwicklungsumfängen bis zur Serienreife
  • Kenntnisse in Siemens NX, Engineering Client, Smaragd oder Dialog
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten und Entwicklungspartnern sowie in der Erstellung und Abstimmung von Lastenheften
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
