Deine Aufgaben

  • Durchführung des gesamten Recruiting-Prozesses (End-to-End Recruiting)
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Recruiting Strategien
  • Erarbeitung eines strukturierten Onboarding-Konzepts sowie dessen Implementierung
  • Aktive Begleitung sowie Optimierung der HR Prozesse im Bereich der Digitalisierung und der Administration
  • Mitarbeit und Übernahme von Sonderprojekten im HR-Umfeld

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelor Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder abgeschlossene, kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit anschließender fachspezifischer Fortbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Recruiting
  • Gute SAP S4 HANA Kenntnisse sowie MS Office
  • gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Tarifrecht, den relevanten Teilen des Sozialversicherungsrechts sowie Erfahrungen in der ERA-Leistungsbeurteilung
  • befristet bis 10/2028
