  • Durchführung des Konfigurationsmanagements nach ECSS-M-ST-40C für Kunden- und Entwicklungsprojekte
  • Koordination komplexer Kunden- und Unterauftragskonstellationen sowie programmlinienübergreifender Gerätestrukturen
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Freigabebesprechungen und Reviews
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Projektdokumenten zur Konfiguration
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Freigabe-Workflows für Projektdokumente
  • Verwaltung und Aktualisierung der Projektdokumentation
  • Bearbeitung geheimschutz- und exportrechtlich geschützter Informationen und Dokumente
  • Upload von Projektdokumenten in Kundenportale
  • Analyse und Optimierung konfigurationsrelevanter Datenströme und Prozesse
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Anwendungsentwicklern zur Weiterentwicklung der CM-Toollandschaft

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung in der technischen Dokumentation und Projektdokumentation
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit geheimschutz- und exportrechtlich geschützten Informationen
  • Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in -Daten- und Dokumentmanagementprozesse
  • Erfahrung in der Visualisierung und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen und Datenströmen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP (DVS, PS und PLM) sowie MS Office
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
