Deine Aufgaben

  • Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung einer unternehmensweiten Plattform für Portfolio- und Projektmanagement im Engineering in einem internationalen und funktionsübergreifenden Umfeld.
  • Verantwortung als Business Owner für die Aufnahme, Konsolidierung und Priorisierung fachlicher Anforderungen aus Engineering und weiteren Unternehmensbereichen sowie deren Begleitung bis zur Umsetzung.
  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner für definierte Value Creation Teams (VCTs) und Koordination der fachlichen Abstimmung zwischen den beteiligten Stakeholdern.
  • Erstellung und Spezifikation von User Stories sowie Priorisierung des Product Backlogs anhand des geschäftlichen Mehrwerts und der Systemstrategie.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern und externen Entwicklungspartnern zur Umsetzung neuer Funktionen und Optimierung bestehender Prozesse.
  • Definition von Testfällen, Durchführung fachlicher Tests sowie Verantwortung für die Abnahme neuer Softwarelösungen.
  • Planung und Begleitung der Einführung neuer Funktionalitäten sowie Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen und Unterstützung im Change Management.
  • Funktion als Key User für eine Enterprise-Portfolio-Management-Plattform und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Lösung entsprechend neuer Geschäftsanforderungen und strategischer Ziele.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Systems Engineering, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, IT, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge zu vereinfachen und visuell ansprechend aufzubereiten
  • Ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz sowie strukturierte und pragmatische Herangehensweise
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Überzeugungsfähigkeit im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
  • Berufserfahrung in IT-Projekten oder in fachnahen Business-Owner- bzw. Key-User-Rollen
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
