Deine Aufgaben

  • Nachverfolgung von Kundenreklamationen inklusive Verwaltung ein- und ausgehender Schadteile in den relevanten B2B-Portalen
  • Erstellung von Berichten und Auswertungen sowie Erläuterung gegenüber internen und externen Kunden, einschließlich Übersetzungen vom Englischen ins Deutsche
  • Durchführung statistischer Auswertungen von Reklamationen mit Berichtswesen unter Anwendung von Analyse-Tools wie Power BI
  • Kontinuierliche Überwachung der Qualität mit Schwerpunkt auf frühzeitiger Problemerkennung und konsequenter Nachverfolgung
  • Unterstützung bei Qualitätsproblemen an Kunden- und DENSO-Produktionslinien, in Einzelfällen auch bei Lieferanten
  • Durchführung von Untersuchungen beim Kunden, z. B. am Fahrzeug oder in der Werkstatt
  • Planung und Umsetzung neuer Qualitätsprojekte sowie Pflege der Qualitätssysteme

Dein Profil

  • Staatlich geprüfter Techniker (m/w/d) oder Kfz-Meister (m/w/d) mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung oder eine entsprechende akademische Ausbildung;
  • Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement in der Automobilindustrie;
  • Rasches Ableiten notwendiger Aktivitäten anhand der Ergebnisse von tiefgehenden Datenanalysen, mithilfe von Tools, wie PowerBI & Excel;
  • Freude und Souveränität bei der Teamarbeit, Zuverlässigkeit und hohe Serviceorientierung;
  • Ausgezeichnete organisatorische Fähigkeiten, gutes Verhandlungsgeschick sowie ein ausgeprägtes analytisches und interdisziplinäres Denkvermögen;
  • Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind Voraussetzung für diese Tätigkeit;
  • Führerschein der Klasse B, Flexibilität sowie Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen.
