Deine Aufgaben

  • die Akquise von Neukunden ist deine Hauptaufgabe;
  • du erkennst neue Möglichkeiten in deinem Netzwerk und ermöglichst so die ersten Kontakte bzw. Vorstellungen in neuen Branchen mit unseren Schwerpunkten hinsichtlich technischer bzw. elektrotechnischer Dienstleistungen und im Testing-Umfeld;
  • weiterhin analysierst du Markttrends, Kundenentwicklungen sowie Wettbewerber und leitest entsprechende Vertriebsstrategien und Maßnahmen ab;
  • du unterstützt das Management bei der Angebotserstellung für Großprojekte, Verhandlung von Leistungsumfang, Preisen und Rahmenbedingungen;
  • die Planung, Durchführung und Nachverfolgung von Vertriebsaktivitäten gehören zu deinen Aufgaben;
  • die Teilnahme an Messen und Veranstaltungen zur Erweiterung des Netzwerks ist Teil deiner Rolle;
  • du stimmst dich eng mit dem Management ab.

Dein Profil

  • du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im technischen oder wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Bereich, ein ähnlicher Abschluss mit Erfahrung ist auch möglich;
  • technische und kaufmännische Zusammenhänge, insbesondere im Elektrotechnik-Umfeld zu erkennen und diese in innovative Lösungen zu transportieren sind dein Erfolgsgeheimnis;
  • deine Erfahrungen im Vertrieb, insbesondere im Aufbau des Sales Managements sowie in der Kaltakquise möchtest du gerne bei der pmX einbringen;
  • du bringst idealerweise Branchenkenntnisse aus der Automobilindustrie oder aus der Elektrotechnik mit und hast ein Gefühl dafür;
  • eine ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie deine Eigenständigkeit zeichnen dich aus;
  • du bist reisebbereit und kannst eigenständig Entscheidungen treffen;
  • Deutsch sprichst du fließend und dein Englisch ist sehr gut in Wort und Schrift.
