Deine Aufgaben

  • Leitung von Projekten zur Entwicklung, Einbringung, Aufstellung und Inbetriebnahme von Betriebsmitteln
  • Koordination von Lieferanten, Spediteuren, Montagefirmen und internen Fachbereichen
  • Überwachung von Projektterminen, Kosten und Qualitätsanforderungen
  • Planung und Steuerung der Hallenlogistik, Transportwege und Kran- und Hebezeugeinsätze
  • Koordination von Medienanschlüssen und Fundamentarbeiten
  • Durchführung und Begleitung von Projektmeilensteinen sowie FAT- und SAT-Abnahmen
  • Organisation der Anlagenübergabe an den Betrieb inklusive Dokumentation und Einweisung
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Projektplänen, Statusberichten und Übergabedokumenten
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits-, Umwelt- und gesetzlichen Anforderungen
  • Überwachung der CE-Konformität und Einhaltung der Betriebssicherheitsverordnung

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektleitung oder Inbetriebnahme von Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Kenntnisse im Fertigungsumfeld sowie in der Maschinen- und Anlagentechnik
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Medienversorgung sowie Steuerungs- und Sicherheitstechnik
  • Erfahrung in der Koordination interner und externer Projektbeteiligter
  • Erfahrung mit Projektmanagementmethoden wie PMI, IPMA oder agilen und hybriden Vorgehensweisen
  • Verständnis für CE-Konformität, Maschinenrichtlinie, DGUV und Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise SAP
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Einsätzen in Fertigungs- und Hallenbereichen sowie gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
