Deine Aufgaben

  • du trägst die Verantwortung für die Planung, Durchführung und Kontrolle von Projekten im Bereich Leistungselektronik und Elektromobilität;
  • die Koordination interdisziplinärer Teams und die Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern auf allen ebenen gehören zu deinen Hauptaufgaben;
  • du nimmst teil an Gremien- und Projektrunden;
  • die Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Zeitplänen, Budgets und Qualitätsstandards sowie die Identifikation von Risiken und Entwicklung von Lösungsstrategien liegen in deinem Verantwortungsbereich;
  • du erstellst Projektdokumentationen sowie Statusberichte und präsentierst diese.

Dein Profil

  • du hast mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Automotive Branche sowie im Projektmanagement gesammelt, idealerweise in der Fahrzeugentwicklung;
  • du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder einem verwandten technischen Fachgebiet;
  • du bist technisch affin und hast ein Verständnis für komplexe Systeme;
  • Erfahrung mit agilen Projektmanagementmethoden (z. B. Scrum) sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in gängigen Office-Tools runden dein Profil ab;
  • folgende überfachliche Kompetenzen zeichnen dich besonders aus: analytische, lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise;
  • du bringst eine Hands-on Mentalität mit und kannst deinen Ansporn auch an das Team weitergeben;
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie ein kundenorientiertes Denken machen dich aus!
