  • Mapear necessidades de dados junto às áreas de negócio.
  • Construir e manter dashboards e relatórios gerenciais.
  • Tratar, modelar e analisar grandes volumes de dados.
  • Definir, acompanhar e otimizar KPIs de performance.
  • Realizar análises exploratórias e ad hoc para responder perguntas do negócio.
  • Garantir qualidade, consistência e governança dos dados.
  • Apresentar insights de forma clara para públicos não técnicos.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia como Analista de Dados / Data Analyst.
  • Domínio de SQL para consultas e manipulação de dados.
  • Vivência com ferramentas de BI (ex.: Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Data Studio).
  • Conhecimento sólido em Excel/Planilhas e modelagem de dados.
  • Noções de estatística aplicada e métricas de negócio.
  • Capacidade de traduzir dados complexos em insights acionáveis.
  • Boa comunicação para interação com áreas diversas.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com Python ou R para análise de dados.
  • Atuação prévia em empresas de produto digital, e-commerce ou SaaS.
  • Conhecimento em modelagem preditiva ou machine learning.
  • Vivência com ambientes em nuvem (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake etc.).
  • Participação em projetos de data-driven culture ou data governance.
