Buscamos um(a) Engenheiro(a) de Melhoria de Processos para liderar iniciativas de eficiência, redução de custos e aumento de produtividade. Você atuará próximo a times de Operações, Qualidade, Produto e Tecnologia, sendo peça-chave na evolução contínua da empresa e na experiência dos nossos clientes.

  • Mapear e redesenhar processos ponta a ponta (AS IS / TO BE).
  • Conduzir projetos Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen e melhoria contínua.
  • Definir, acompanhar e analisar KPIs de performance operacional.
  • Facilitar workshops com áreas de negócio para identificar oportunidades.
  • Estruturar planos de ação, cronogramas e governança de projetos.
  • Documentar processos, padrões operacionais e melhores práticas.
  • Atuar como agente de mudança, engajando times na cultura de melhoria contínua.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Formação em Química, Engenharia Química ou Produção.
  • Experiência prévia em melhoria de processos, operações ou consultoria.
  • Vivência com mapeamento de processos (BPMN, SIPOC, VSM ou similar).
  • Conhecimento em Lean, Six Sigma ou metodologias de melhoria contínua.
  • Capacidade analítica avançada e domínio de Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Habilidade para conduzir projetos multidisciplinares e influenciar stakeholders.

Diferenciais:

  • Certificação Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt).
  • Experiência em ambientes de alta escala (indústria, logística, tech, serviços).
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de automação e dados (Power BI, SQL, RPA).
  • Atuação prévia com metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Inglês intermediário ou avançado para leitura e interação com materiais globais.
