Buscamos uma pessoa Gerente Comercial para atuar em empreendimentos Minha Casa Minha Vida, estruturando estratégias, processos e pessoas para acelerar vendas com foco em experiência do cliente. Você fará parte de uma empresa sólida no setor imobiliário, em fase de expansão e com forte investimento em tecnologia e marketing.

  • Liderar, desenvolver e acompanhar o time de vendas MCMV.
  • Definir metas, indicadores e planos de ação comerciais.
  • Atuar na gestão de funil, forecast e performance diária.
  • Garantir padrão de atendimento e jornada do cliente.
  • Conectar área comercial com marketing, crédito e repasse.
  • Analisar mercado, concorrência e oportunidades de novos produtos.
  • Participar de lançamentos, campanhas e eventos de vendas.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência comprovada como Gerente Comercial ou Coordenador de Vendas no segmento MCMV / Minha Casa Minha Vida.
  • Vivência com vendas de imóveis econômicos, estandes e plantões.
  • Histórico consistente de atingimento e superação de metas.
  • Experiência em liderança de equipes comerciais (internas e/ou externas).
  • Domínio de funil de vendas, CRM e indicadores de performance.
  • Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente em plantões, lançamentos e eventos.

Diferenciais:

  • Atuação prévia em incorporadoras ou construtoras focadas em MCMV.
  • Conhecimento de crédito imobiliário, repasse e relacionamento com bancos.
  • Experiência com canais digitais de venda (leads online, mídia paga, portais).
  • Formação em Engenharia, Administração, Gestão Comercial, Marketing ou áreas correlatas.
