JOB DESCRIPTION:

**Customer Communication:** Respond to customer inquiries promptly and request freight rates from shipping lines, airlines, or trucking companies based on their needs. Provide competitive freight quotes and logistics solutions while negotiating contracts with carriers effectively.

**BookingAcceptance:** Accept and confirm formal bookings or contracts from customers after thoroughly reviewing their terms and conditions.

**Space Booking & Contracting:** Secure cargo space and sign contracts with shipping lines or airlines. Manage the booking process efficiently and coordinate cargo pickup and delivery with trucking companies.

**Process & Milestone Monitoring:** Monitor the physical flow of cargo rigorously to ensure efficient and secure shipping operations.

**Status Tracking & Updates:** Track real-time transportation status of cargo and proactively communicate key milestones to customers without delay.

**Exception & Incident Handling:** Immediately notify customers of any unexpected situations and collaborate with relevant departments to devise effective solutions.

**Documentation Preparation & Verification:** Prepare, verify, and issue all necessary shipping documents while ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.

**Expense Entry & Settlement:** Verify all accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) related to shipments with precision. Input this data into the system, generate invoices or debit notes, and coordinate invoicing and payment settlement with the finance department and customers.

**Customer Relationship Maintenance:** Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive service satisfaction and proactively assist the sales team in building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships.

**Requirements:**

- Diploma or higher in Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.

- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the field.- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.

- Strong command of MS Applications.

- Exceptional communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work independently and take decisive action.
