What You Bring to the Team

  • Certifications: ASE Certification is required. General Motors Certification is required to receive the new hire bonus for GM certified technicians.
  • Expertise: A-level qualifications in diagnostics, electrical, and engine repair.
  • Technical Skill: Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment and a commitment to learning new repair procedures.
  • Reliability: A valid driver’s license with a clean record and a high school diploma or GED.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical, and brakes.
  • Perform work efficiently according to dealership procedures and manufacturer warranty specifications.
  • Collaborate with Service Advisors to provide accurate repair estimates and keep customers informed.
  • Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to ensure every repair is done right the first time.
