No prior experience? No problem! We welcome applicants from retail, hospitality, restaurants, military backgrounds, and recent college graduates. If you bring enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and a drive to succeed, we provide the training and tools you need!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and assist customers with enthusiasm, providing expert guidance on their vehicle needs.
  • Showcase product features, benefits, and options to potential buyers.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers by delivering an exceptional buying experience.
  • Master sales techniques, overcome objections, and close deals with confidence.
  • Stay up-to-date on new and used vehicle inventory, features, and market trends.
  • Work closely with management to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding service.

  • A high-energy, positive attitude with a passion for sales and customer service.
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
  • A friendly, outgoing personality – a natural people-person.
