School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full Time | South of Kansas City , MO | 2026-2027 School Year | Up to $60/hour | Charter School

Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026-2027 school year in the south part of Kansas City, Missouri . We’re a therapist-operated company that puts clinicians and students first. This is an in-person position in a school setting, and we welcome both Clinical Fellows (CFs) and experienced SLPs to apply. New to schools? No problem; we provide mentorship and support!

Job Highlights:

  • In-person only
  • Pay up to $60/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy services in a K–5 school setting
  • Conduct evaluations and write reports
  • Develop and implement IEP goals
  • Collaborate with special education teams, educators, and families
  • Complete documentation and progress monitoring in a timely manner
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Valid Missouri State SLP license (or ability to obtain quickly)
  • Valid MoPro Licensure
  • CFs welcome to apply
