项目描述： 传统的U2I召回依赖商品的ID表征和协同信号，缺乏语义信息的理解和使用；同时基于内积的范式缺乏特征交互，限制了模型的天花板。生成式召回能够很好的融合语义和协同信号，同时通过Scaling提高模型的性能。现有的生成式范式中如何提高SID的质量，序列预测范式下如何建模用户兴趣的多样性、跳跃性都是新范式面临的挑战。 岗位职责： 1.探索大语言模型（LLM）在电商推荐场景的创新落地，研究大模型在召回、发现性推荐等环节的应用潜力，推动大模型技术从研究到业务价值的转化 2.负责追踪最新技术和热点，优化、改进现有技术，提升推荐算法的效果，形成高引用论文或高价值专利

1、2028届及以后毕业，本科及以上学历在读，具备扎实的编程能力(Python/C++/Java)，熟悉TensorFlow/PyTorch等深度学习框架 2、熟练掌握机器学习、深度学习的基础知识，熟悉常用的模型(如Transformer)等模型原理 3、具备优秀的数学和逻辑分析能力、团队意识和沟通能力，具有强烈的求知欲和技术热情 4、良好的科研能力，有成果在国际顶会、期刊发表优先；有大语言模型(LLMs)方面经验优先

本项目为得物研究型实习生项目。该项目岗位最低实习时长为6个月，岗位非纯业务开发岗位，主要目的为发表顶级期刊。
