1. 商家分层与控盘管理 负责得物港澳台标品类目商家的整体运营，梳理商家画像与能力分层，制定差异化管理策略（新商引入、腰部扶持、头部共建、尾部汰换），持续优化商家结构与供给质量； 2. 品类运营与货盘策略 基于港澳台市场供给趋势、得物用户需求与竞争环境，梳理标品类目货盘结构，挖掘机会品类与缺口品类。在目标达成的关键环节推动策略落地，提升商品丰富度与结构健康度，对类目核心业绩指标负责； 3. 策略复盘与业务诊断 定期对经营数据进行专题分析（GMV、转化、动销商品数、毛利，入仓备货），识别异常波动与业务瓶颈，输出可执行的改善方案，提炼可复用的运营方法论，持续迭代策略； 4. 数据驱动与机会发现 主动从数据中洞察商家与用户痛点，识别业务增长机会点，制定清晰的目标路径与落地计划，推动跨团队协作，确保策略有效执行。

1、经验要求：5年以上电商平台商家运营或品类运营经验，其中至少2年聚焦标品类目，有港澳台或跨境进口业务经验者优先； 2、控商能力：具备清晰的商家分层管理思路和实操经验，能独立完成商家谈判、目标拆解、问题诊断与资源调配； 3、策略思维：能从数据和市场现象中提炼策略，输出可落地的运营方案，并推动闭环； 4、沟通与协作：具备良好的粤语沟通能力者优先，能适应与港澳台商家及内部团队的高效协同。
