1、负责业务线（95分）数据分析工作； 2、对核心的业务数据进行规划和整理，高效完成业务核心数据在业务侧的展示和使用； 3、分析行业、竞争等外部环境变化，为业务问题定位、趋势分析等提供专业见解； 4、配合各业务部门项目，给予数据支持，从多种数据源组合数据进行深度诊断分析，完成业务专题分析，输出核心业务报告。

1、精通SQL，熟练掌握常用统计分析方法及模型，会使用Python 或 R等分析软件优先； 2、5年以上数据分析相关经验，熟悉掌握统计学，运筹学相关知识，有数据分析经验优先； 3、有良好的数据敏感度、具备较强的数据分析能力、逻辑思维能力、沟通能力，能够跨部门协调，有效整合资源推动业务发展； 4、从数据提炼核心结果，通过个人的分析结果获得业务方的认同以推动策略落地及迭代，得到相应的收益和效果。
