1.商家招商 负责户外鞋服及兴趣品类的商家拓展与引入，重点开拓始祖鸟、北面、萨洛蒙、凯乐石、哥伦比亚等头部户外品牌，以及羽毛球、台球、骑行、滑雪等兴趣品类的优质卖家资源，对标行业头部平台打法，搭建品类供给生态，保障供给端品类丰富度与竞争力。 2.商家运营 负责已入驻商家的日常运营管理，包括商品上架指导、定价策略建议、交易链路优化，提升商家活跃度与履约效率。 3.交易链路搭建与优化 基于二手电商平台交易特点（验货鉴定、定价机制、寄卖/回收模式、流转与售后），从0到1搭建新品类交易链路，并持续梳理优化商家入驻、上架、交易、履约、售后全流程，输出标准化SOP，降低商家运营门槛，提升交易转化效率。 4.数据分析驱动 跟踪商家供给与履约数据（上架量、动销率、履约GMV、爆品率），通过数据发现供给缺口与增长机会，制定针对性的商家招募与运营策略。 5.行业洞察 持续关注户外及兴趣品类的二级市场行情与潮流趋势，捕捉高流通性单品与新兴品牌机会，为商家侧选品提供方向性指导。 6.协同推动 跨部门拉通产品、技术、履约等资源，推动链路方案落地，跟踪项目进度，确保按节点交付。

1.经验：3年以上电商招商运营、商家运营、品类运营或平台运营经验，有二手电商/闲置交易平台经验者优先。 2.资源：具备户外品牌或兴趣品类商家资源，熟悉头部品牌渠道结构与经销商体系，能快速撬动核心卖家入驻。 3.业务理解：深度理解二手电商交易链路（验货鉴定、C2B2C流转、寄卖/回收模式），能站在商家视角设计运营方案；有从0到1搭建业务、品类或交易流程的经验者优先。 4.流程能力：具备优秀的流程梳理与标准化能力，能把复杂业务拆解为可执行的SOP，并持续优化。 5.数据能力：具备基础的数据分析能力，能通过Excel/BI工具分析品类数据，并输出可落地的运营策略。 6.沟通推动：具备较强的商务谈判能力与跨部门协作能力，能拉通多方资源、解决卡点，独立完成商家从引入到履约的全流程跟进。
