岗位职责 负责 AI Agent 平台核心引擎开发，包括 Agent Loop 循环控制、上下文管理、工具编排 设计和开发 Skill/Tool 动态注册系统，支持容器隔离执行与多级信任等级 构建子任务编排引擎，实现复杂任务的拆解、并行执行与异常恢复 负责飞书/Web 等多渠道接入层开发，处理流式输出、消息去重、会话状态管理 维护和优化 Firecracker 微虚拟机沙盒环境，支撑代码执行、浏览器自动化等场景 参与 Agent 框架架构演进，推动中间件化、可插拔能力建设

任职要求 学历：本科及以上，计算机相关专业 经验：1 年以上 AI/LLM 应用开发经验 技术栈： 必须： 熟悉 LLM API 调用链路（token 管理、流式输出、上下文窗口优化） 有实际 Agent / RAG / Tool-use 系统的生产级开发经验 有至少一个开源 Agent 框架的深度修改和二次开发经验（如 OpenClaw、LangGraph、Dify、AutoGen 等），不是调 API 用框架，是改过框架源码并落地到自己的业务中 加分： 了解 LangGraph / LangChain / Claude Code 等 Agent 框架内部机制 有 Firecracker / microVM / 沙盒隔离经验 有飞书开放平台 / 企业 IM 集成经验 熟悉 Playwright 等浏览器自动化工具 有 MCP (Model Context Protocol) 相关经验 熟悉 Docker 容器技术 能力素质： 具备复杂系统问题定位能力，能独立排查异步/并发/分布式场景下的疑难问题 结果导向，能在快速迭代中保持代码质量 良好的技术文档能力，能将复杂设计清晰表达
