1、负责AI大模型在电商业务场景中的核心应用开发，包括但不限于AIGC文本、图片生成，商品推荐，智能导购等内容； 2、参与生成式大模型的能力构建，包括但不限于模型设计、prompt优化、预训练、模型加速、数据集能力建设等； 3、深入理解业务需求，设计并优化AI大模型算法，提升模型性能和准确性，确保模型在实际业务场景中的高效运行； 4、进行模型微调，以适应不同电商业务场景的需求，确保模型性能的最优化； 5、了解并评估AI技术的最新发展，探索新技术在电商业务场景中的应用，解决落地过程中的技术难题。

1、计算机科学、软件工程或相关领域的本科及以上学历，具备扎实的计算机科学基础和编程能力，精通Python、TypeScript，熟悉Java语言。 2、有AI大模型相关开发经验，如GPT/Gemini/豆包/文心一言等应用开发经验，熟悉RAG、微调、知识库建设等相关技术，熟悉transformer、BERT、GPT等模型及其微调算法（如LoRA），以及pytorch/tensorflow深度学习框架。 3、有传统搜推工程经验，对于大模型工程有兴趣也可。 4、对向量数据库如Milvus/Chroma有实际使用经验，了解其在AI大模型中的应用场景和优势。 5、熟悉缓存Redis、Memcache/Caffeine，缓存设计和模式及其应用； 6、了解使用Java常用框架和工具，如 Spring boot 、Spring Cloud、SpringMVC、Mybatis等 7、对电商行业有深入了解或相关工作经验者优先；
