1. 基于AI工具体系（AI核查提问、AI事实评论、AI投诉Agent等）完成舆情全链路处置，独立主导从分发到闭环的完整处置流程； 2. 在AI辅助输出的基础上进行人工审核与判断，识别AI输出的偏差与错误，对判责结论、事实评论、沟通口径进行最终把关，确保处置质量和对外口径合规； 3. 持续积累和反馈AI工具的Badcase，记录AI判断失误、口径偏差等问题，与工具团队协作推动规则优化和能力迭代； 4. 参与复杂舆情、危机事件的处置，在AI能力边界外的场景独立完成人工研判和应对； 5. 参与团队知识资产建设，沉淀高质量处置案例、典型话术和场景库，为AI工具训练和规则优化提供素材支撑。

1. 本科及以上学历，新闻传播、中文、公共关系等相关专业优先；可接受优秀26应届校招生； 2. 1年以上舆情处置、公关或消费者沟通相关工作经验，熟悉主流社交平台生态和用户情绪特征，有独立处置舆情case经验者优先； 3. 对AI工具有较强学习意愿，能快速上手AI辅助系统，理解AI输出的逻辑并能准确识别其偏差，具备人机协作的工作习惯； 4. 逻辑清晰，文字表达能力强，能准确拿捏对外口径的边界，既不过度共情也不生硬强硬； 5. 判断力强，在信息不完整的情况下能快速做出合理的风险判断，处理节奏快、执行严谨； 6. 抗压能力强，能适应高频次、强时效的工作节奏，有在突发事件中保持判断稳定性的能力。
