1. 负责AI搜索产品的规划与落地，包括但不限于：基于大模型的语义理解与生成式召回、Query意图识别与改写、多模态搜索（以图搜图/拍照找同款）、AI导购与对话式搜索等方向，结合电商场景用户需求设计AI解决方案，赋能搜索转化与用户体验提升 2. 主导搜索场景的AI实验设计与效果评估，建立科学的AB实验体系和评测标准（相关性、新颖性、转化率、UE等多维度），确保产品从设计到交付的高效执行和数据驱动决策 3. 深入理解搜索全链路（Query理解→召回→粗排→精排→重排），与算法团队紧密协作，将AI技术突破转化为可落地的产品方案，推动搜索基建能力升级（如负反馈建模、Session意图追踪、商品标签体系完善等） 4. 跟踪电商搜索领域的AI前沿技术发展（如LLM驱动的搜索排序、生成式推荐、Agent导购等），对标淘宝/京东/小红书等友商搜索能力，识别差距和机会，推动产品创新和差异化策略 5. 主导搜索侧“用户需求信号”的系统化输出，通过搜索数据拿到“无结果/低效query”的供给指引，驱动行业侧精准拓供，提升新客搜索满足率和用户留存

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、软件工程等相关专业优先 2. 5年以上互联网产品经验，核心领域聚焦搜索、推荐、用户增长，有成功的AI产品项目案例（如搜索相关性优化、智能导购、AI生成内容等） 3. 熟悉大模型技术原理（LLM/Embedding/RAG/Agent等）及其在搜索场景的应用方式，能与算法团队进行有效的技术方案讨论和产品转化 4. 具备强数据分析能力，擅长SQL、AB实验设计与归因分析，能用数据驱动产品决策而非仅凭直觉 5. 执行力强，能在复杂的跨团队协作环境中（算法/工程/行业/运营）推动项目快速落地，具备良好的结构化思维和沟通表达能力
