AI提效工具与工作流：利用主流AI技术与平台，搭建并优化团队内部提效工具和工作流，覆盖文档处理、数据分析、智能审核等场景，为商品信息自动化和多语言业务提供工具支撑； 4. 数据驱动决策：建立商品信息质量与翻译效率的指标体系，用翻译覆盖率、自动化率、人效提升等客观指标衡量业务成果，定期输出复盘报告，驱动产品迭代； 5. 跨团队协作：与商品运营、履约、技术开发、本地化团队紧密协作，对齐目标与排期，推动商品信息自动化方案在各语种市场的落地与推广； 6. 行业洞察与创新探索：持续关注AI翻译、多语言NLP、商品信息抽取等前沿技术动态，探索大模型、Agent、RAG等新技术在商品信息自动化场景中的应用机会。

1、本科及以上学历，3-5年以上互联网产品经理经验； 2、有多语言/国际化业务经验，了解翻译工作流、本地化运营或多语言内容管理； 3、有电商或交易平台商品相关产品经验，熟悉商品上架、信息管理、类目体系等业务链路； 4、具备扎实的数据分析能力，能独立搭建指标体系并驱动业务决策； 5、优秀的跨团队沟通与协作能力，能高效推进复杂项目落地； 6、具备强烈的自驱力和结果导向意识，能在不确定性中找到方向并推动执行。 加分项： 1、有机器翻译（MT）或翻译管理系统（TMS）等本地化平台的产品经验； 2、熟悉主流AI Agent搭建平台或工作流编排工具，有实际AI提效工具搭建经验； 3、了解LLM、Agent、RAG等技术的基本原理与应用场景； 4、能进行Vibe Coding（与AI协作编程）者优先。
