1、负责部分社区 AI 创新产品的探索，以提升社区用户互动为目标，结合大模型、多模态等能力，完成需求分析、方案设计及产品迭代。 2、负责得物社区 AI 提效产品的设计与落地，围绕社区产品、内容运营、生态运营等业务场景，提升工作效率与业务效果。 3、与运营、算法、研发、设计等团队密切协作，推动产品从需求评估到上线交付的全流程。 4、跟踪产品使用及效果数据，结合业务反馈持续优化产品体验与 AI 效果。

1、有2 年及以上产品经验，有 AI 产品、内容社区或社区工具相关经验优先，具备完整的产品项目落地经验。 2、对大模型及生成式 AI 有基本认知，理解相关技术的能力边界与典型应用场景。 3、逻辑清晰，具备较强的需求分析和产品设计能力，能独立输出可落地的产品方案。 4、具备跨部门协作与项目推动能力，责任心强，自驱力足。 5、学习能力强，对 AI、内容和社区产品有热情，能够快速理解业务场景。
