1.学历与经验 ：本科及以上学历，5 年以上电商产品经验，熟悉电商交易链路，对在交易场域如何联动 AI 提升信息丰富度、优化用户逛和买的体验有深入思考和见解，独立负责过完整电商 AI 内容化项目者优先 2.专业能力 ：具备优秀的逻辑性和结构性思维，出色的用户洞察、商业理解与行业格局认知，对前台选购设计有深入理解或从业经历；熟悉 AI 大模型在内容生成领域的应用，有 prompt 调优、AI 效果评估经验者优先 3.软技能 ：热爱移动产品，有强烈的开放创新意识，能举一反三，具备优秀的沟通和跨部门协作能力，能协调研发、算法、运营等多团队推动项目落地 4.职业素养 ：抗压能力强，对工作有责任心，能积极主动完成工作，具备良好的服务精神和团队合作能力，能快速学习掌握 AI 领域新技术和新趋势 5.用户体验：热爱购物，有垂直爱好并且愿意持续钻研到专家领域；对于垂类商品的选购信息有显著优于常人的体验判断和见解
